At Bloomgoods, our return and refund process is designed for your convenience and ease of understanding:

  1. Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window to return items from the date of purchase. Please note that returns are not accepted if it's been more than 30 days since your purchase.

  2. Shipping Cost for Returns: If your item is defective or not as described, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Defective or Broken Products: In cases where the product is defective or damaged, please inform us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return without any additional shipping charges. Upon receipt and verification of the issue, you'll have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you've changed your mind, you can return the product within 30 days. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt, we'll process your refund for the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.   6. Restocking Fee: Depending on the circumstances of your return, there may be a restocking fee applied.
